I have made it a personal goal to be a different type of real estate broker. What I offer you are 38 years of experience with today's technology. When I began my career in 1978, there were no computers, cell phones, email or voicemail. Every real estate office had different apartment listings. It was a very inefficient system and very bad for the consumer. Today, finding the right home has never been easier. High quality pictures and floor plans give today's buyers the advantage of doing their preliminary search from the comfort of their homes. It is still necessary to actually go out and see the properties, but it is a lot easier to screen which ones are suitable. In April of 2016 I sold my beloved New York apartment and moved to Fort Lauderdale, Florida. I am extremely happy here. I am still actively doing business in New York with the help of my colleague Mary Anne Cotter. We have successfully been doing sales and rentals in Manhattan since my move to Florida.
