Jody Martini

Jody has been selling luxury real estate since the late 1990's when she first joined the company earning the title Rookie of the Year and has recently earned the company's Chairman Circle Platinum award, placing her among the top earners companywide. She has built her career in tandem with many builders, designers and contractors in new construction as well as developing her clientele throughout the luxury resale market.  Prior to her real estate career, Jody was a successful corporate lawyer in the high net worth group of a large international law firm.  Jody also studied Broadcasting and Film, as well as art. Her early degree in the visual arts contributes heavily to her strong visual sense that plays a large role in her day to day life as a broker, whether finding that diamond in the rough for a buyer or in staging and preparing an apartment for the market for a seller. Her legal background has prepared her well to help guide her clients on either side of the deal through tough negotiations to a successful outcome.
