Originally from near Munich in Bavaria, Germany, Yasmine has lived all over Manhattan from 5th Avenue to Soho, Murray Hill , the Upper East and West Side and Central Park South. She is now happily settled in the Hell's Kitchen area with her husband Georges, a Frenchman , who owns Cafe Un Deux Trois, a theater district classique for nearly 50 years.

Yasmine speaks fluent French and German and enjoyed successful prior careers as a top model and in retail as owner of Bébé Thompson a trend-setting children's boutique.

In her spare time she is an avid tournament level bridge player and enjoys tennis, skiing and hiking.
