I am a NYC Realtor who got his start in 2002 as a teen renovating rental buildings in Park Slope and Prospect Heights. I got my license in 2010 renting apartments across FIDI, Midtown West and beyond. After moving to South Slope in 2011 I fell in love with the historic homes of Brooklyn. I love heling sellers in Brownstone Brooklyn and across Manhattan position their homes to stand out, attract serious buyers, and sell with confidence. I specialize in townhomes, condos, co-ops, and rental buildings, and I’m especially strong with older properties—where the right preparation and storytelling can make all the difference. I have also worked on several new development projects providing punch list services ensuring quality homes are delivered with the highest possible quality.

For the sell side, I’m hands-on from day one: I develop a clear pricing and marketing strategy, coordinate smart pre-listing improvements, and “punch list” every detail so your home shows impeccably in person and online. I also have deep experience navigating estate sales and guiding first-time sellers through the process with calm, organized support from prep through closing.

I’m also licensed in New Jersey and regularly work with clients who need help navigating the suburban landscape making New York–New Jersey moves, with a particular focus on Union County.
