Dina Cohen

Dina Cohen has brought her impressive record of accomplishments to Halstead Property where she joins the firm as Executive Vice President. As a Senior Vice President and Associate Broker at another firm for the past 12 years, Dina was consistently awarded for her achievements; one by being the highest earning sales agent in her office and top sales listing agent in 2011 and 2008. She was a yearly member of the elite Platinum Club, a select group of agents who consistently produce a number of transactions that are above and beyond the organization’s expectations. In addition to several other awards and honors, including Top Producer two years in a row, Dina was also singled out for providing what is so important to clients: special recognition for “Outstanding Customer Service.” Dina was also acknowledged in 2009 & 2011 as being listed in the top 1,000 of NRT sales associates nationwide.

But accolades are only a by-product of Dina’s efforts. She truly enjoys assisting others and is well-suited for the daily surprises and challenges of real estate for many reasons. She relates instantly to people of all kinds and can quickly and accurately assess their needs. She has a work ethic that never quits and a vivacious personality that makes working with her a pleasure for both clients and colleagues.

A lifelong New Yorker, born in Brooklyn, Dina made Manhattan her home after gaining degrees in both Mass Communications and Liberal Arts. Dina then worked at Time Warner as a production coordinator and writer for a weekly real estate television show. She also served in various positions at NBC and moved to LA for a year in 1998.

After a year in California, however, Dina not only missed her friends and family, but she missed NYC. She returned, immediately took the required course in real estate and, upon receiving her license, took the real estate world by storm. Dina’s co-workers and clients love working with her because she’s down to earth, trustworthy and dedicated.

A Gramercy resident, Dina enjoys skiing, writing, researching New York City history and the many perks of living in this great city. She is also a member of The National Arts Club. The rest of her time is devoted to real estate - a profession that she truly loves.
