Noah Studenroth

Rooted in a longstanding fascination with architecture and the built environment, Noah has built an interdisciplinary career spanning architectural analysis, real estate investment and asset management, and sales and marketing leadership. His experience across high-value resale and new development markets is both complementary and mutually reinforcing. To date, Noah has closed more than $600 million in transactions across a broad range of asset types and market cycles.

Noah began his career in brokerage in 2012, ultimately driving sales and marketing campaigns for luxury developments at major firms across New York City. His portfolio includes landmark projects such as Toll Brothers and Starwood Capital’s Pierhouse at Brooklyn Bridge Park, Sumaida + Khurana’s 152 Elizabeth, and The Hudson Companies’ One Clinton. Through these experiences, Noah developed a keen understanding of deal formation, branding, and positioning. He has built lasting relationships across project disciplines and the brokerage community, earning trust through his instincts and counsel while working alongside some of the brightest minds in the industry.

Today, Noah advises clients throughout Manhattan, Brooklyn, and Long Island on the acquisition, sale, and repositioning of significant residential and income-producing assets. Known for thoughtful counsel and sound judgment, Noah approaches every engagement with the understanding that no two clients define value the same way. Clients have described him as “the epitome of a fiduciary,” reflecting an advisory approach grounded in trust, disciplined analysis, and long-term stewardship. He brings a measured perspective to every transaction while recognizing the personal significance behind every decision.

Noah holds a Master of Science in Real Estate from New York University, with a concentration in Asset Management, and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Brooklyn College. He is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York, Urban Land Institute, the Brooklyn Heights Association, the New York Landmarks Conservancy, Preservation Long Island, the Sag Harbor Historical Museum, and the Real Estate Pride Council.
