Noah Studenroth

Rooted with strong affinities for the built environment, architectural aesthetics, and sustainable community development, Noah's experience runs the gamut of sales and marketing leadership, transactional and stakeholder management, to pre-development planning and product development. He has end-to-end experience maximizing the success of large-scale development projects and has been fortunate to learn from some of the brightest minds in the real estate industry. 

What Noah love's most about his career is the opportunity to make lasting and contextual contributions to communities, creating a legacy that will far outlive him. Leveraging the insights of both internal and external stakeholders is a central component of Noah's ethos, as he taps into local sentiment to achieve beauty, sustainability, and profitability in product offerings. 

Noah has contributed to the success of several notable development projects throughout New York City, including Toll Brothers' and Starwood Capital's Pierhouse at Brooklyn Bridge Park, Sumaida + Khurana's 152 Elizabeth, and The Hudson Companies' One Clinton. His current work with Corcoran is centered on developing and directing end-to-end campaigns with affiliated brokers, from project ideation through sell-out. 

Noah holds an MS in Real Estate from New York University and a BA in Economics from Brooklyn College. He an avid member of numerous nonprofit organizations including the Real Estate Pride Council, Urban Land Institute, and the National Trust for Historic Preservation.
