Licensed Real Estate Agent and Property Manager in New York City with a strong background in both real estate and information technology. I began my real estate career in 2007 and, since 2021, have also been working as a Property Manager overseeing affordable multifamily and market-rate properties.

I have a proven track record in residential, co-op, condo, and commercial property sales across New York and Florida, and have successfully assisted clients with relocation between both states.

Before transitioning fully into real estate, I spent 20 years at Grenadier Realty Corp (1998–2018) in the IT department, where I specialized in data conversions, staff training, and application support. I worked closely with the Compliance Director of Affordable Multifamily Housing to develop procedures and train employees across multiple systems.

Originally from Medellín, Colombia, I moved to New York at age 8 and later lived in Miami for 11 years, giving me a unique perspective on relocation and multi-market transactions. I’m passionate about helping sellers maximize their property value and guiding buyers—especially first-time homeowners—through a smooth and successful purchase.
