John Farrell

John Farrell is an award-winning Licensed Associate Broker with more than a decade of experience in the New York real estate industry. He ranks among the top 1% of NRT professionals nationwide, won the prestigious Deal of the Year award in 2015, and has been repeatedly featured in Bloomberg, The Real Deal, Brownstoner, and many other prominent publications.

Known for the superior level of skill and service he brings to all his clients, John leverages his finance background to ensure smooth, successful deals. A magna cum laude graduate of Iona University, he received a B.B.A. in Finance and Economics, and worked at the investment bank of JPMorganChase on the sales and trading desk as well as the private banking division of Merrill Lynch. His responsibilities included formulating trades, portfolio management, and providing solutions for high net-worth individuals and asset wealth management clients, which allowed for his seamless transition into residential sales.

As a consummate professional, John always conducts business with a high degree of integrity and is driven by a strong desire to achieve the ultimate customer satisfaction. He is well-trained in the art of quality service and has a keen eye for overseeing even the smallest of details. Residing in the Gramercy/Flatiron area for over 10 years, John currently owns a condo in NoMad where he serves on the Board of Directors as Treasurer. He knows the city inside out and enjoys sharing his insights on all Manhattan neighborhoods.
