J.C. Vasquez

JC moved to New York City in 2004 to attend graduate school. Since then, he has worked in theatre, publicity, events, and the fashion industry before finding his way to real estate. Since joining Corcoran in 2011, JC has earned a place in the Multi- Million Dollar Club and placed in the top 2% of NRT’s Sales Associates. NRT stands for National Realty Trust and is the country’s largest residential real estate brokerage with over 45,000 Sales Associates. He is also a Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE), a nationally recognized designation.

In 2018, he had the opportunity to work in Paris, France; in addition to New York. Focusing on the sales and rentals of residential properties within the expat community seeking to invest internationally. His experiences in the Parisian luxury real estate market have aided to expand his clientele and brand internationally.

His diverse background contributes to his having developed the skills in customer service to understand, relate, cooperate and adapt to all types of personalities and situations.

JC takes the time required to get to know his clients and understand their needs to create the most appropriate course of action to ensure that their goals are met. As a home owner himself, he understands that no matter the price point, selling or buying a home is one of the largest investments and decisions people make in their lives.

Over the course of his 10-year real estate career, JC has successfully guided sales of every type of residential property in New York City; and the luxury apartment market in Paris. His experience and expertise guarantee you the highest standard of exceptional service.

During his leisure time JC loves discovering new restaurants with his dog, traveling, and theatre. He has also been a yoga/meditation practitioner for many years and also volunteers as a crisis intervention / suicide prevention counselor at The Trevor Project for over 7 years.
