Michelle Larsen is a Manhattan-based luxury real estate broker specializing in the sale of high-end co-ops, condominiums, lofts, and townhouses throughout New York City. Michelle is known for her discretion, strategic negotiation, and meticulous management of the entire transaction process—from pricing strategy and bespoke marketing campaigns to co-op board approvals and closing coordination. She has extensive experience navigating complex Manhattan co-op transactions, luxury condominium resales, and architecturally significant Artist-in-Residence lofts.

Her background as a publishing executive and artist set the stage for her transition into real estate. Michelle was formerly a publishing executive employed at NASA Tech Briefs as the Advertising Manager and then at Scientific American Magazine as the Director of New Business Development. Michelle has lived in Italy and England, and traveled extensively, enhancing her global knowledge of buyers and sellers. Michelle attended SUNY New Paltz, Universitá degli Studi di Urbino, and Columbia University, majoring in painting, art history, and American Studies.

In addition to her work, Michelle is committed to supporting a number of city- based charitable institutions including Northwell/Lenox Hill Hospital where she serves on the Auxiliary Board, and is a member of the New-York Historical Society, New York Landmarks Conservancy and Carnegie Hill Neighbors. Michelle also serves on the Board of Trustees of The National Institute of Social Sciences.
