For years, she poured over real estate listings and studied the local market in her spare time, finally deciding to transform the hobby she never tired of into a successful career. Prior to real estate, Shannon spent over a decade in the cultural nonprofit sector. As the Executive Assistant to the Commissioner at the NYC Department of Cultural Affairs, Shannon worked closely with the Mayor and City Hall, and with people from every walk of life in support of the fantastic cultural institutions that make New York City such a vibrant place.

Originally from Providence, Rhode Island, Shannon earned her undergraduate degree in Film from Bard College. She has a master’s degree in Nonprofit Management from Pratt Institute, where she has lectured. Whatever your real estate needs, Shannon would be honored to be of service.
