A fourth generation New Yorker with a thorough understanding of his hometown’s evolving neighborhoods and fluctuating real estate market, Jeff devotes his time, energy and professionalism to helping his clients achieve their goals, through selling their properties for the best possible price and finding and buying their homes. He also draws on his extensive travels and the skills he developed over 25 years as an advertising and sales executive to help investor clients find promising investment properties, and out of town clients purchase pieds-a-terre.

Jeff grew up in Manhattan Beach in Brooklyn, and has also lived in Park Slope, Boerum Hill, The East Village, not to mention Britain (London), and now, Harlem, where he has served on his condo’s Board of Managers, including as president. “This extraordinary city is totally and completely in my blood,” he says, “its pace, the mix of people, our diverse culture, and the street life, which is one of my favorite things about New York.”

Jeff combines his love of the city’s rich history and his commitment to bringing New York’s great neighborhoods to life for his clients and friends by hosting a series of well-attended walking tours, and a podcast, aptly titled Rediscovering New York. “My goal in creating this neighborhood content was to do something related to the places I help clients buy and sell property in, to have people discover these intriguing neighborhoods, and creating fun experiences,” says Jeff. “Among other goals, my tours reflect my commitment to showcasing the city’s great neighborhoods, sometimes before clients choose to buy.”

During his limited down-time Jeff enjoys live folk music and regularly attends both The Metropolitan Opera and symphonic orchestras. Jeff is also an active volunteer, serving in different roles that support a variety of causes. His most recent board seats were Out Professionals, a professional and networking group, and the Leslie Lohman Museum of Gay and Lesbian Art, the first dedicated LGBTQ art museum in the world. He presently serves on the board of All Out Arts, producer of the City’s LGBTQ Fresh Fruit Festival. All Out Arts.
