David Gonzalez

I first became a Realtor in 1991 and became a licensed Real Estate Broker in 1994. During my career in real estate I have sold and marketed over 200 homes. I also supervise the management of several multi-unit and commercial properties for private investors through my other division Regal Homes Property Management.

I hold the professional designation of GRI. This is one of the highest designations awarded by the National Association of Realtors and fewer than 5% of all Realtors have this designation.

In 2006, I opened my own office in Glendale, NY. From this strategic location, I have been servicing the residents of Brooklyn and Queens Counties in all of their residential and commercial real estate needs.
