Mark has been a part of the community and a resident of NYC for over 30 years, since graduating from Ithaca College. In that time, he has been a resident in a range of neighborhoods, from Brooklyn to Greenwich Village to Queens to the Upper East Side, and currently resides on the Upper West Side.

Mark won numerous awards in his previous sales and marketing positions in the health and fitness industry and continues his award-winning attitude with Brown Harris Stevens (originally Halstead Real Estate). He is a lifetime member of Halstead’s Diamond Club (3), as well as the Producers Council (top 2% company-wide), the Emerald Club, the Sapphire Club, and part of the firm’s Top Team of 2018.

Mark ensures that the art of caring, real customer service, and work ethic stays consistent with Clark Halstead's mission created over 30 years ago. Mark has worked with clients buying and selling apartments from Inwood to the Gold Coast of Central Park West, from Chelsea to SoHo, ranging from $500K to $20M, treating each and every customer with the same respect and each deal with the same tenacity.

He is thrilled to be a partner with Richard Rosenthal in the Friedman Rosenthal Team. Together, they cover the East and West Sides of Manhattan!

An accomplished actor, Mark is a semi-regular on Law and Order SVU, playing Attorney Roger Parnes.
