Cheryl Daly

Cheryl joined Compass in 2018, following 13 years in Manhattan real estate. She is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY) and has achieved REBNY’s prestigious designation of Certified Negotiations Expert (CNE).

You made the sale of our apartment easy and pleasant, which was rather extraordinary considering that at the time of the sale the market was not at its best. How you managed our full asking price is still a mystery to me. 

You got the apartment in shape,  you scheduled the necessary showings, handled the details associated with the contracts, worked through the board, and even organized the closing while I was sailing in the middle of the Atlantic.

 A busy and energetic professional, Cheryl had a successful career in public relations for major television companies, including CBS, Group W and MTV Networks, prior to entering real estate sales. She is a member of the British Academy of Film and Television and has served as a Vice President on the Board of New York Women in Film and Television.  She currently is active in Landmark West!, a preservation society for Manhattan’s Upper West Side.
