Lisa Simonsen

Simonsen demonstrated her talent for selling luxury real estate from the start when her very first sale was a $14 million SoHo loft. Over the ensuing years, she has been selected to list many other impressive addresses, including New York's most expensive Fifth Avenue mansion, and some of the most highly coveted co-operative and condominium apartments in Manhattan. Simonsen resides on the Upper East Side of Manhattan with her two children. She is a member of the Board of Directors of Phoenix House, a leading nonprofit provider of addiction treatment services nationwide. She is also a 13-time marathon runner and has a long and active involvement with local charities including the Metropolitan Opera, Hearts of Gold, Inc., and the New York City Center.
