Christian Gonzalez

Christian was born and raised in New York.  He graduated from the College of Business Administration at St. John's University (located in Queens, New York). 

Christian is an effective listener, and this quality is what makes him so successful.  He drives a well-planned course of action for each individual he serves, and has earned a respected reputation among clients for the outstanding dedication, tailored service, and creative thinking he brings to his profession.  His combined intimate knowledge of New York City and broad experience is a great asset.  His approach to his clients is a very personal and professional one; his purpose is to adhere to the highest standard of ethical behavior in all his real estate transactions.

Growing up in Queens, Christian has always been in awe of this great city.  With an effective mix of an aggressive style and the-client-comes-first attitude, Christian has become a successful negotiator between buyer and seller in an ever evolving market. Maintaining a comfort level for all parties involved in a transaction, he responsibly closes a deal with integrity.

Having played football at both Marist College and St. John's University has taught Christian lifelong lessons which he has transposed into his business career.  He has applied the same goal-oriented, driven attitude to his career in the real estate industry.  Christian simply brings a high level of integrity and determination to every deal.  He approaches each deal creatively, working to understand his clients' individual needs and goals, and then finds a path within the transaction where each can attain those goals.
