Marc Schaeffer values customer service and honest straightforward communication above all else. Marc has 18 years of sales experience and 12 years as a licensed real estate agent working with clients ranging from first time buyers to high net worth individuals. As an owner of both a single family and investment property, and a father of a middle schooler he understands the challenges of raising a family in the NYC grid. Marc holds the rank of Eagle Scout and has carried the lifelong philosophy of "Be Prepared." His background as an actor and dancer helped him to develop strong interpersonal skills, helping him effectively read body language and ask the right questions. When he is not selling real estate, Marc loves spending time with his family and friends. He enjoys cooking/grilling, eating new cuisines, triathlons, wine, and staying active as a member at the NYAC. Marc has lived in New York for over 20 years and loves learning about the history of landmarked buildings.
