Pascal Blacque Belair

Pascal Blacque-Belair offers more than 30 years of combined experience in international economics, finance, and real estate. He handles a wide range of property transactions in the residential and commercial markets including cooperatives, condominiums, townhouses, mixed-use properties, and development sites. Prior to his real estate career, Pascal worked as an international economist and financial analyst at the World Bank, the U.S. State Department and Morgan Stanley. Given his extensive experience in finance, Pascal is particularly adept at assessing the investment value of residential and commercial properties for his clients. As a 40-year resident of Manhattan, Pascal's clients are also well-served by his personal knowledge of the NYC real estate market, his sensitivity to current market trends, contextual anecdotes, and his finely honed negotiation skills. Pascal began his real estate career in 1999. He spent several years with commercial and real estate investment firms where he transacted the sale of buildings and development sites. Prior to joining Douglas Elliman, he worked at luxury residential brokerage firms where he sold high-end penthouses and lofts throughout the downtown market. Pascal earned his Master's Degree in Finance and Economics from McGill University in Montreal, Canada. He is fluent in French and is a member of The Real Estate Board of New York, Inc.
