A New York State Licensed Broker, Steve possesses over two decades of experience in the real estate industry in New York. He owned his own firm for about two decades, and started as an investment sales broker before expanding into residential brokerage, management and ownership of buildings in NYC. Steve’s multifaceted, comprehensive knowledge separates him from the rest, and spans all aspects of the business. He can cater to an owner, developer, renter, buyer, seller or an investor serving each client with extreme efficiency, and attentiveness. Steve is big on the relationship, and building trust over time. He brings a rare and appreciated straight-shooting dynamic to the table, and a personal touch. He speaks fluent English, French and Farsi, and has many interests in his free time that include working out, running, golf, travel, music and exploring the ever-changing landscapes of New York City. Above all, Steve enjoys spending time with his family, amazing daughters.
