Wendy (Chang) Lee

Wendy (Chang) Lee joined Douglas Elliman in 2003. As an Upper West Side resident for over 15 years, she has deep knowledge of Manhattan real estate and understands how to navigate through the latest trends of an ever changing market. Wendy's professional approach is to always put the client first and always know the details. These principles have served her clients well and have made for many successful transactions and referrals. Proficient in English, Mandarin and Taiwanese, Wendy has developed a strong domestic and international clientele and fully understands the unique needs of each individual client whether buying or selling. Originally from Taipei, Taiwan, Wendy comes from a family of entrepreneurs whose businesses include manufacturing and real estate investing. Wendy moved to Los Angeles at age nine and attended college at Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising where she earned her Associate of Arts degree. After college, Wendy relocated to the East coast and attended Harvard University Extension School while working in the IT industry. She later moved to NYC where she worked in finance on Wall Street for several years. Combining her entrepreneurial spirit with her Wall Street experience, Wendy has developed a keen eye for value which has been essential to helping her clients make the best investment decision. No transaction is too small or too big -- from renting a studio to purchasing a multi-million dollar apartment, she treats each and every client with the same vigor and tenacity.
