His clients include high profile personalities, sophisticated investors, developers, and friends.

Originally from Cannes in the French Riviera, Francois holds a Master's in Real Estate Development from Columbia University, and a BA in Finance, Investments, and Economics from Baruch College. He is part of the Columbia University, and the Graduate School of Architecture, Planning and Preservation alumni network, which counts many of the captains of industry as its members, and can count on many of his peers.

A naturally analytic person, Francois thrives in financial models and calculation, market data analysis, and often consults for developers for new development project pricings. He greatly enjoys the personal rewards of helping a client achieve their real estate goals, and is one the most passionate real estate enthusiasts there is. He is also very approachable and loves to share his expertise.

While Francois is not busy working or managing his own property portfolio, he is an avid Tennis player and never misses an opportunity to be on the court. You can often see him in the ladder of the tennis corporate league, or in USTA events around New York City.
