Joseph Ash

Joseph Ash is a Real Estate Salesperson at Luxury Property Group, KSR’s residential arm. He joined LPG in 2012. At LPG, Joseph handles both luxury rentals and sales of apartments and townhouses in New York City. He has increasingly been focusing on townhouse sales in New York, an oft overlooked niche within the real estate market. In addition, Joseph has been involved in selling several development sites throughout New York, and he has worked with the KSR Investment Sales team on a number of transactions that required his particular expertise. To date, Joseph has been involved in over $100 million of transactions. Joseph attributes his success to his emphasis on maintaining uniqueness as well as his consistently superior results. He holds an Associate’s Degree from Baruch College.
