As a founding member of SERHANT and ranked within the top 1% of real estate agents nationwide and #59 in NYC according to the WSJ Real Trends, Rachel King boasts over a decade of exceptional performance in the residential real estate market, building on her initial experience on Wall Street. Specializing in new development marketing, Rachel expertly guides her clients through every step of the real estate process, from initial meetings to closing deals.

A native New Yorker, Rachel graduated Magna Cum Laude with a BBA in International Business from Baruch College. She initially pursued a career in Finance, working in fixed-income derivatives at Lehman Brothers before transitioning to equities trading and earning her title as Assistant Vice President at Barclays Capital. In 2013, Rachel transitioned into real estate, joining Ryan Serhant’s team at Nest Seekers, recognized as the #1 team in New York. There, she led the establishment of the Brooklyn office and managed the new development townhouse portfolio.

Between 2017 and 2020, Rachel thrived as a bi-coastal professional, dividing her time between New York and California. In California, she joined Michael Dreyfus’ team at Golden Gate Sotheby’s International Realty, becoming a top producer on the #1 team in Silicon Valley. She has been featured in various high-profile media outlets, including Million Dollar Listing NY, The Wall Street Journal, Forbes, and Gentry Magazine, where she was honored as one of the top 40 under 40.

In 2022, Rachel spearheaded the Long Island expansion for SERHANT, specializing in luxury Gold Coast properties. With a vast and intimate knowledge of the New York real estate market, Rachel has facilitated the sale and purchase of properties across Manhattan, Brooklyn, The Hamptons, and the North Shore of Long Island, with prices ranging from $500,000 to $45,000,000. Being on the forefront of many new development projects, Rachel has represented both buyers and sponsors for new condo projects and lease-ups across Manhattan and Brooklyn. She offers her services to a diverse clientele, including first-time homebuyers, investors, celebrities, and high-net-worth individuals.

Rachel has proved an invaluable resource to her clients and partners. Holding licensure as an Associate Real Estate Broker in both New York and California, in addition to being a Licensed Securities Representative, Rachel brings a unique blend of expertise to the table.
