With over a decade of hands-on real estate experience, Sacha Mobarak offers his clients a well-rounded perspective on New York City’s complex market. His work spans residential sales and rentals, commercial and retail leasing, investment sales, and new development marketing. In addition to brokerage, Sacha has spent many years in real estate development and asset management, giving him a deep understanding of how to maximize value for both individual buyers and large-scale investors.

Known for his creative problem-solving and calm, thoughtful approach, Sacha focuses on building lasting relationships and helping clients navigate every stage of a real estate transaction. Whether advising on a home purchase, structuring a lease, or repositioning an investment property, he prides himself on attentive service and sound strategy.

Sacha is also the principal of Elgin Holdings, a real estate investment firm specializing in repositioning undervalued multifamily assets. He holds a master's degree in real estate from Columbia University and has lived in Brooklyn since 1997.

Outside of work, Sacha enjoys painting and drawing and is an avid Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu practitioner and instructor. He enjoys spending time with his two young sons and exploring all that NYC has to offer.
