Steve Merlesena

I was born and raised in a real estate family on Cape Cod, Massachusetts.

My father, uncle and grandparents were brokers and land developers on the Cape whom I often helped out. After graduating from Wagner College on Staten Island, I chose to stay in New York to experience everything that comes with living in the Big Apple. I have lived in Murray Hill, and while I work all over Manhattan, I'm a specialist when it comes to the East Side neighborhoods.

Since starting Green Line Realty in 2008 we have now sold dozens of units and a few buildings !

Mananaging dozens of buildings and individual units for owners

We have rented Hundreds of apartment for our landlords over the years !

In the Past few years I have Expanded into the Charleston SC and Cape Cod MA markets with the Start of

"Cape Charleston Realty" doing development and Brokerage in 2 booming markets
