With 13+ years of industry experience, Julia's primary focus is on building and expanding real estate portfolios for a wide network of domestic and international clientele, including CEOs and Partners of major financial institutions such as Goldman Sachs, BlackRock, Blackstone and KPS, UHNWIs and family offices, as well as UK and Saudi based premier hospitality/hotel groups. Previously a part of the nation’s leading Eklund|Gomes Team, Julia brings exceptional industry reputation, founded on a deep knowledge of real estate as an asset class, real property data and its in depth financial performance. 

She is incredibly knowledgeable and possesses a sharp memory of real estate data, such as inventory, building history, new developments, resale comparables, pricing, and the historical financial performance of various areas and neighborhoods. This knowledge, combined with a deep understanding of her clients' needs for efficiency and discretion in today's fast-paced and overly exposed environment, has earned Julia a loyal roster of high-profile individuals, financiers, and a broad range of investors who also appreciate and benefit from Julia's honest and straightforward approach to real estate, long-term/add-value proposition, investment analysis, and her genuine, caring nature.

Born in Vilnius, Lithuania, she grew up studying and performing classical piano and started touring Europe at the age of 11. After winning numerous domestic and international competitions, she came to the US and performed at Carnegie Hall and the Kennedy Center for the Arts in Washington, DC, among others. Her creative, demanding, and competitive background has contributed to her performance in one of the most fast-paced and intense industries in the world. Julia started her career in servicing corporate relocations for major banks around the world, including Bank of America, Goldman Sachs, Deloitte, Deutsche Bank, and more. She holds a Master's Degree from the Stern School of Business and is licensed in both NY and Florida.
