Lauren Mitinas-Kelly

For some clients, real estate is a core investment and an income-producing asset to add to their portfolio. For others, it is simply a place to rent and call home. "My job is to listen to my clients and help them make the most appropriate decisions for their intentions and lifestyle."

Lauren's background on Wall Street, coupled with her experience in real estate, gives her a unique and qualified perspective on the various nuances of the NYC market. Her goal is to provide sound, straightforward guidance to both very educated and knowledgeable clients, and to those who are new to the market, by using her own expertise as well as the many tools available to her at TOWN. Thinking strategically and critically, and getting to know her product and client as thoroughly as possible, are the roots of what makes Lauren so effective.

Even before selling real estate, Lauren's work always revolved around catering to a high-net-worth clientele with the most discerning needs. She began her career on Wall Street, first as an analyst, then in client service, relationship management, and ultimately sales on the institutional level. Following that, she spent four years in marketing and sales. Her position at a luxury hotel marketing company led her to sell real estate on a private island in the Turks and Caicos. Most recently, Lauren was Director of Suite Sales with the New York Jets.

Her diversified business experience enables her to seamlessly facilitate and properly evaluate a deal for both buyer and seller. Many consider Lauren to be a good listener, quick study, excellent communicator, and indefatigable worker. Her analytical, interpersonal and negotiating skills come from many years of top-notch client service.

A New Yorker through and through, Lauren grew up in Poughkeepsie, NY and attended Lafayette College in Easton, PA. She graduated cum laude with a BA degree in Economics and Business. Lauren has lived in Battery Park, Midtown, and most recently, the West Village. She is a sports fanatic with a passion for the New York teams. She also serves on the Board of Directors for Playworks' Greater NY/NJ chapter, is a member of 85 Broads, and has actively participated in numerous fundraisers for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.
