Ivan is an expert at finding the right "lifestyle" fit for his clients thanks to his seasoned real estate experience, and keen eye for seeing potential and value in a home. His passion for property inspired the success he has enjoyed in all facets of the real estate business for the past 20 years as an investor, developer, and interior designer for the boutique firm, D3, which he founded and still owns.
Having purchased, designed, renovated and sold properties throughout New York, New Jersey and Croatia, Ivan made a natural transition to Manhattan sales and rentals, where he helps clients realize their dreams by finding and transforming homes to reflect their unique style and taste. Because of his diverse expertise, Ivan is able to offer his real estate clients a wealth of services beyond just buying, selling and renting apartments. He can assist with everything from staging properties for sale to showcase them in the best possible light, to fully renovating raw space for buyers from construction and design specializations to floor plan layouts, finishes and fixtures selection, furniture sourcing and more.
Specializing in Downtown Manhattan, Ivan is particularly focused on the rental and sale of raw space, lofts, and cookie-cutter apartments he can turn into fantastic custom homes. He has lived in Tribeca for over a decade, so has an intimate knowledge of the wonderful inventory and offerings that lie within each neighborhood.
Originally from New Jersey, Ivan is a dual citizen of the U.S. and Croatia. He has considered himself a NYC 'local' for over 20 years. Ivan holds a Bachelor of Science degree from New York University and a Master of Arts degree from Columbia University. Prior to becoming a real estate agent and launching D3, he worked in various roles across the advertising, marketing and telecomm industries, always exhibiting the highest level of client service.
