A native New Yorker with over twenty-five years of experience in the real estate industry licensed here in New York with The Corcoran Group as well as being a licensed Broker in North Carolina . I am a member of the Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY). the National Association of Realtors (NAR) with a Certified Residential Specialist Designation (CRS). Being a natural people person known for my tireless work ethic, attention to detail, and an uncanny ability to find my clients a home that surpasses even their own expectations. That no one client's budget or needs are ever the same is a part of my job I consider an exciting challenge rather than an obstacle. I credit my natural ability to roll with the punches to a unique career in film production and advertising during the 70's & 80's. It was a valuable first career that called for grueling deadlines and around-the-clock hours. The strong social skills, marketing savvy and ability to embrace each day being different than the last developed during this time unquestionable paved the way for my career in real estate.
