David Anthony

David works tirelessly to educate each of his clients in order to meet both their lifestyle needs and financial goals. David has sold and rented properties all over Manhattan and Brooklyn; breaking records before coming to Nest Seekers International. As David puts it, "I am really an advertising and marketing specialist who just so happens to work with amazing properties every day." David Anthony specializes in High-End Residential Condo and Co-op sales and leasing, Multi- and Single-Family Homes, New Development Sales, Site Acquisitions, and Investment Sales. In order to deliver the greatest value his clients—whether they are buyers, sellers, developers or investors—David focuses on one thing above all others: the client. Prior to real estate, David held prestigious positions in sales and public relations for some of the world's top luxury brands, including Louis Vuitton, Burberry and Gucci, where he honed key skills and traits that help him successfully navigate the tricky terrain of Manhattan’s housing market. When David is not working, he is out and about discovering new and exciting places throughout the city and admiring the architectural designs of many of the city's most iconic buildings. He also volunteers with various humanitarian organizations through New York Cares. He received an associate’s degree in fashion advertising and marketing communications from the Fashion Institute of Technology and is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY), holding designations as a Certified Buyer Representative and Certified Negotiation Expert. David lives in Brooklyn's Bedford-Stuyvesant with his Italian Greyhound, L’Oréal de'Louboutin.
