Iryna Ferenets

Strong interpersonal skills, an extensive background in finance and a deep love of New York City all contribute to Iryna’s role as an invaluable resource for buyers, sellers and investors throughout the five boroughs. Originally from Ukraine, Iryna came to New York at age twenty and has remained a New Yorker for the last seven years. Along with a nuanced understanding of NYC, Iryna’s clients value her analytical approach, sophisticated negotiation skills and attentive client relationships. Iryna graduated from City College of New York with BA in Finance and M.S. in Real Estate Development from New York University.

Repeat and referral clients comprise most of Iryna's business, which is built on integrity, professionalism, discipline and commitment to her clients. No project is too big or small for her. She balances her busy work life with yoga, theater and mountain excursions; Iryna gives back as an avid supporter of St. Jude Children's Hospital.

Iryna currently resides in Upper East Side Manhattan and specializes in Residential and Commercial Sales and Leasing throughout the five boroughs.
