A Licensed Real Estate Salesperson in New York and Pennsylvania, Kathryn has served and satisfied the needs of a loyal clientele since entering the residential brokerage business in January 2008. She began her real estate career in Washington, DC while completing her undergraduate studies at Georgetown University, collaborating with the area’s top producers and helping to secure a listing for one of Georgetown’s most prominent historical estates. Kathryn subsequently joined a prominent real estate firm in New York City, working with buyers, sellers and renters in all areas of Manhattan and parts of Brooklyn. Over the years, she has been associated with another leading NY brokerage firm and happily brought her skills to Compass. This consummate professional has built a solid reputation for getting results, putting her clients’ best interest first, and making their priorities her own. Since calling Manhattan home, Kathryn has lived in the Lower East Side, Tribeca and Upper East Side, and done deals in many different neighborhoods including new development.
