Martin J. Hirko is the owner, founder of Your Vanity Reality. His goal in creating Your Vanity Realty was to offer a new vision of the real estate sales market – one that is better designed to benefit both the customer and agent and designed with new and exciting information and tools. Whether one is buying, selling or leasing residential or commercial space, nothing is more important than the information and persons that help guide that decision. As an idealistic person with an entrepreneurial spirit his whole life, Martin Hirko believes that tenacity and patience are the roadways to accomplish your endeavors. He also learned from a young age in his father’s business that being helpful to people—listening and communicating with caring-- are the keys to success. As a first point of contact with customers as young boy, he would hear from his father that the customers were pleased that his son had been helpful to them—and that message stuck with him. These lessons, combined with a genuine compassion for people, have stayed with Martin his whole life. He knows about going the extra mile to help people get what they need and accomplish their goals. That is the mantra for Your Vanity Reality. By way of background, Martin Hirko holds a degree in business and liberal arts, and has taken post degree courses in business, arts and music. He is also an actor, published writer, musician , and active in several charities and community organizations …. His love for and initiation in the real estate business came first from his mother who bought and sold residential homes and buildings, and from other family members who owned land and a major resort business for many years. He has worked in the real estate and related sales businesses in New York for a period spanning over 20 years. Mr. Hirko has worked as a sales representative for Salazar Reality/ Atlantic Beach Associates in Long Island, Eden Reality, New York Connect, and The Marketing Directors, a real estate marketing company (entrusted by such prominent NYC developers such as Ross Associates and Jack Resnick) which has had real estate sales of over $39 billion over the years. Immediately prior to forming Your Vanity Reality, Martin Hirko was associated with what The Real Deal called one of the Top 12 boutique real estate companies in New York City, DG Neary Realty. As the principal broker with Your Vanity Reality, Mr. Hirko is now offering his experience, commitment, passion, and unique vision to the public in his own business.
