John A Sheets

John Sheets joined Brown Harris Stevens in April of 1985 as a licensed real estate sales salesperson. He is now a licensed associate real estate broker and a top producer. His early real estate experience was in the Los Angeles area before relocating to Manhattan. In college he studied voice at the University of California at Irvine and graduated Magna Cum Laude, (BA, Music) and continued his performing arts studies at Amherst College and in New York City.

At Brown Harris Stevens his primary focus is in luxury co-ops and condominiums of all sizes including penthouses, plus single family townhouses, all in the most desirable Manhattan neighborhoods - both East and West sides as well as prime downtown locations. He has achieved consistent success with both buyers and sellers and has been a featured speaker/panel member at The Real Estate Board of New York as an expert in negotiation. A special interest is ethics in the real estate industry. Year after year, Mr. Sheets is one of the top producers at Brown Harris Stevens. His leisure activities include sailing, golf, Tai Chi and music composition.
