As a Real estate Sales Professional with Douglas Elliman, Chad strives for timely transactions holding customer service and satisfaction as paramount. Specializing in the purchase and sale of condominiums and cooperatives, as well as residential leasing, Chad approaches clients with a uniquely tailored methodology to help obtain their goals in the most efficient way. He prides himself on his ability to guide his clients through a transaction process successfully- recognizing and resolving any issues that may arise in the initial stages.

Focusing within greater Manhattan and The Northwest Brooklyn Areas, Chad's passion for real estate is found within the continually evolving market place and the resulting emerging neighborhoods of both Manhattan and Brooklyn.

Prior to real estate, Chad was a Key Account Manager for a privatized fashion label, located in Mid-town Manhattan. He aided the label in developing the brand's recognition and driving sales. Using the same set of skills from his previous experience, he brings the same creative attention to detail and diligence to every real estate deal.

Chad attended Indiana University of Pennsylvania where his penchant for art and science led him to study Art History and Anthropology. Chad holds a master's in art sciences. In his spare time, Chad enjoys cooking, cycling, hiking and, to satisfy his intensive visual nature, browsing any of the multitudes of galleries New York City has to offer. He dislikes rudeness and having to write a short autobiography in the third person.
