Susanne Gutermuth

Born and raised in Munich, Germany, Susanne came to New York City in 1998. After working in book publishing and finance for a couple of years, she decided to follow her dream of becoming a real estate agent. Susanne has since been a consistent award winner. As the co-founder of the Gutermuth Copersino Borut Team, she has been leading the # 1 Team in Queens at Douglas Elliman since 2015. Susanne is constantly striving to improve her skills and knowledge about the changing real estate market. Being a Gymnast and Pianist helped her sharpen her competitive skills, and her experience growing up in Germany is that excellence comes from discipline, hard work and a deep passion for what you do. Susanne is also the co-founder of a companywide Mastermind Group. This helps her connect buyers and sellers to all the different markets they need help with, as she networks with and knows agents on a national and international level. In her free time, Susanne enjoys reading both fiction and non-fiction, travelling to exotic locations, and visiting the amazing restaurants in New York.
