Alessandra Delacruz

Referred to as the “Apartment Shaman” by her clients, real estate combines Alessandra’s entrepreneurial drive (she started her first business in upstate new york where she is from when she was 8) with her devotion to taking genuine care of people. With a background in fine arts, her creative sensibility provides her clients with invaluable outside-of-the-lines techniques in negotiations, navigating financing and renovation/layout advice. Alessandra’s experience straddles both the commercial and residential markets after starting her career at Corcoran in 2013 and selling two buildings slated for condo development her second year in the industry. She’s continuously motivated by the “hunt” to find the perfect home for a diverse roster of clients as well as making sure every detail is accounted for while selling or renting her clients’ properties. Organized & down to earth, Alessandra prides herself on becoming the expert on any property and neighborhood that she represents. Alessandra lives in downtown Manhattan with her rescue dog, is passionate about a vegan lifestyle, actively participates on the board of the East African Center for the Empowerment of Women and Children in Kenya as well as is on the leadership team for Women of Compass, an internal group dedicated to providing a supportive, collaborative, and inspiring environment for all women to discuss, learn, and teach one another valuable skills for personal and career success in the business, real estate and technology spheres.
