Dionicio Neblett

Dionicio A. Neblett, better known as Dio to his friends and clients, was born and raised on Long Island, New York. The son of a seasoned real estate broker, Dio ironically didn’t dive into the industry until a year after finishing college. A proud graduate of Howard University’s School of Business, he initially launched his professional career as an intranet programmer at Verizon. However, everything changed when he purchased his first property, a four-family apartment building in Southeast Washington, D.C., sparking his passion for real estate.

“I started by helping a few friends who were intrigued by my property but didn’t understand the process,” Dio recalls while preparing for a morning run in Central Park. “After guiding my third friend through buying a home, I realized it was time to get my real estate license.”

After four years in IT, Dio’s desire to help people and his growing love for real estate led him to make a career switch. He returned to New York and settled in Canarsie, Brooklyn, where he launched a career in both real estate and mortgages. His dual experience gave him a unique, well-rounded perspective on the buying process. In 2008, he earned his Real Estate Broker’s License and shifted his focus entirely to realty.

Over the years Dio has excelled in many different sectors of the real estate business. Today, Dio specializes in renting and selling luxury condos and homes for high profile and high net worth individuals. He is also very versed with facilitating short sale transactions. Additionlly, to honor his late mother and co-founder, Fannie Neblett who was a champion for affordable housing in the Long island and New York City Area, Panache has an affordable housing division that specializes in helping renters with housing rental housing vouchers find housing. He is also deeply committed to training and mentoring new agents at his firm.
