Specializing in neighborhoods such as the Upper East Side, Midtown and the West Village, handling both sales and rentals of condos and coops, Mariela is known for her persistence, hard work and easygoing manner as well as her savvy negotiation skills. “I will not rest until I find the best deal for my clients,” says Mariela, who takes pleasure in the relationships she builds with them, which for her are just as important as the stellar results she gets. Originally from Argentina, Mariela received a bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of Belgrano followed by an MBA from the Owen Graduate School of Business at Vanderbilt University. Fluent in English and Spanish, she now lives with her husband and two young sons on the Upper East Side, where she takes advantage of all of the boutiques and appreciates the neighborhood's relative quiet as well as the array of architecture. A lifelong skier, she also enjoys kitesurfing and volunteering at animal shelters.
