Who says looking at apartments isn’t therapeutic? Just ask Jai-Yoo Lee and she’ll tell you there’s nothing more fulfilling than being a real estate agent and part of a therapy dog team. When she’s not showing apartments to prospective renters and buyers, Jai regularly volunteers with her dog at hospitals and nursing homes as therapy dog team. One thing is for sure, she’s determined to put a smile on the face of her clients and patients alike! With a lifelong love of real estate, in everything from architecture to home décor, Jai has made it her professional priority to immerse herself in the industry. Jai is consistently efficient, effective and straightforward with clients. She prides herself on providing honest professional advice minus the sugar coating. She always has her client’s best interests at heart and continually goes the extra mile to deliver much anticipated results. Jai hails from South Korea and spent her teenage years in New Jersey. Following high school she attended New York University graduating with a B.A. in Economics and B.A. in East Asian Studies. She also minored in Computer Applications. Today she resides on Manhattan’s Midtown East.
