Christopher Fry

Christopher Fry is a seasoned real estate professional with almost 20 years of experience in the management and execution of strategic planning, marketing, and sales functions associated with real estate transactions. He attended Old Dominion University on an athletic scholarship, and after graduating he decided to enter the real estate world, a decision that proved to be a good one. Since entering the field, Chris has personally generated over $2 billion in real estate sales both domestically and internationally by selling over 1,700 homes.

Chris’s career has been filled with many highlights. He has sold golf and ski resort properties in Canada, Colorado, Florida, Las Vegas, Vermont, and New Jersey. Before coming to Elegran, Chris managed and sold for the Marketing Directors out of NYC and personally sold over 100 residences in luxury buildings in Midtown and the Financial District during his 2 years there. In short, Chris has consistently been a top producer throughout his career, winning top sales and highest dollar volume awards over the last several years. He has lived in Manhattan for 13 years with his wife Amanda, daughter Emerson, and son Ronan.
