Ross Evangelista

Shortly after becoming a real estate professional, the Real Estate Board of NY awarded Ross a 1st place Deal of the Year award, when they honored 15 of New York City's outstanding residential dealmakers. Each year, REBNY combs through countless nominations to select the most impressive deals amongst the city's resales, new development sales, and rental transactions. Winners of this award show creativity and ingenuity in overcoming unique obstacles to make a successful transaction. His strong financial knowledge and negotiating experience were honed at Wesleyan and Fordham Universities where he earned his B.A. and M.A., respectively. He also held increasingly responsible roles at international financial institutions in his previous career in corporate finance as an investment analyst and banker. A long term New York transplant and the owner of an apartment in Chelsea, Ross recognizes that buying or selling a home is a major decision for all of us. For fun, he's an active art enthusiast and also serves on the board of Participant Gallery, a non-profit art and cultural space in the Lower East Side.

We live in Singapore and thus we had a short time in NYC to view apartments. After the first day Ross reviewed what we like and didn't like and found more suitable apartments to view for the following day.
