The reason Todd chose the world of New York City real estate is simple: it’s exciting and constantly changing. He has been working in the industry for almost 15yrs. Born and raised in upstate New York near Buffalo and Niagara Falls, Todd has lived in New York City for close to 20 years. With a prior history in the hospitality industry, he is particularly well-equipped to deal with people’s needs whether it be selling, buying, renting or leasing. More specifically he has had the opportunity to work with some of New York’s renowned restaurateurs like Danny Meyers and Shelly Fireman. Today his ambitions take the form of residential and commercial deals throughout Manhattan. He is a bona fide aficionado of the City’s history and architecture. From block to block and neighborhood to neighborhood, Todd sees something to appreciate in every local he discovers. “I enjoy it when we can make a connection between the client’s acquiring a property and a new beginning” Today he resides on the Upper West Side’s Riverside Drive in Morningside Heights.
