Nicole Flowers joined Brown Harris Stevens in 2012 and from the beginning of her career has been involved in high-end and record setting sales. Highly respected as a sales agent amongst her colleagues and customers, Nicole has become known for her tenacious work ethic, savvy negotiating skills, warm personality and passion for real estate. Those traits have translated into a uniquely focused advocacy for her sellers and buyers, with involvement in sales totaling well over $100M. She has consistently ranked among the top producing Agents at Brown Harris Stevens, most recently at #21 out of over 2,300.

Nicole’s priority is to be a personal advocate for both her buyers and sellers, from her first meeting with you and to well beyond your final signing. Finding the perfect New York home or investment in New York City is an incredible process and Nicole is honored every time she gets to make that journey with you. Adept at problem-solving, she thoughtfully helps clients navigate even the most complex transactions.

After moving from San Diego, CA, to New York City, Nicole immersed herself in the culture, architecture and diverse neighborhood life that this iconic city has to offer. Nicole organically found herself transitioning this love for NYC into a career in Manhattan real estate which has now expanded from Manhattan into Brooklyn and Queens, as some of her exclusive clients’ needs have grown into the outer boroughs.

Nicole enjoys spending time with her husband, two young daughters and their Yorki-Poo, Charlie. In addition, she is an avid runner, completing four back-to back New York City marathons (2013, 2014, 2015 and 2016), the Berlin Marathon in 2016, and the Chicago Marathon in 2023.
