Adam Zinberg

Born and raised on the Upper East Side, Adam Zinberg earned his real estate license before his driver’s license. While still in high school, he began working part-time for Citi Habitats, designing a website and responsive advertising for the CPW Towers, showing apartments and building amenities, and preparing leases and contracts.

After graduating from Binghamton University and earning a Real Estate Finance and Investment Certification from New York University, Adam decided to put his real estate experience to work on the commercial side, joining a team that managed buildings in Manhattan for Colliers International. His organizational skills and professionalism earned him a promotion, working directly for the Chairman. In this capacity, he served as a liaison to corporate executives, bankers, investors, architects, designers, foundations, and the media.

In 2013, Adam returned to residential real estate. He joined Douglas Elliman and soon forming a very successful team in Brooklyn. He leveraged his business background and exceptional marketing skills to develop a loyal clientele, handling the sales and rentals of brownstones, condos, co-ops, and new developments.

As part of this team, Adam earned consecutive Pinnacle Platinum Awards and Top 5 rankings for Brooklyn. And as his business grew, he began doing more work in Manhattan as well, which eventually led to him branching out on his own in 2020 and starting his own company, Adam Ross Realty. With his focus on the New York Residential and Commercial markets he continues to establish strong relationships with clients, vendors, and industry professionals, fostering a network that facilitated business growth.
