Andy Feiwel

Andy Feiwel is a seasoned real estate professional who consistently ranked within the top tier of agents at his previous brokerage firm. He is a certified neighborhood specialist in Greenwich Village, East Village, Chelsea, Gramercy, SoHo, Tribeca and the Financial District, and has successfully represented sellers and buyers as well as investors, tenants and landlords in NYC. “My clients’ needs always are my priority. He is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania, Sigma Alpha Mu brother, member of the Friar’s Senior Society, and former Varsity swimmer. Before entering the real estate world he was an institutional equity options trader and a market maker. The father of two teenagers and a couple of cats, he is a longtime volunteer for the Taste of Tribeca which raises money annually for local public schools. A lover of the ocean, his interests also include cooking and watching food shows, traveling and road trips, along with reading and learning about NYC history.
