Thomas Lee

Thomas Lee brings more than 15 years of experience to his position as Founder and Principal Broker of Foretree Group. Having grown up in the metropolitan area, as well as being raised in a real estate family, he combines his knowledge and expertise to bring first-class service to his clients. After earning a degree in economics from the University of Virginia and spending a decade on Wall Street working in financial services, Lee made the transition to real estate seven years ago, bringing with him an expertise in contracts and negotiation that few agents in the industry can match. He prides himself on his ability to communicate clearly, honestly, and always with respect for his clients’ time. Outside of the office, Lee’s athletic accomplishments also speak to his ability to meet ambitious goals and perform strongly under pressure. As a competitive golfer, he received a Division I golf scholarship to play at the University of Virginia and once attained a number-one national ranking from the American Junior Golf Association at the age of 14. He now applies that same dedication and focus to helping all of his clients at Compass meet their needs, treating every deal as if it's his own.
