Jia is committed to provide her clients exceptional services, and help them make

important real estate decisions.

Jia was born and raised in China, she then moved to America at age fourteen. She

grew up in an influential family where both of her parents are experienced real

estate agents in New Jersey. Therefore, she learned the importance of real estate at

young age.

She received bachelor’s degrees in Communication and Psychology at Rutgers

University and studied Italian art and literature in Florence, Italy. After returned

from study abroad program, she took an offer at JP Morgan & Chase. She specialized

in acquiring and maintain great relationship with clients, partnered with specialists

to help her clients with financial and investment needs.

Jia always believes her passion is in real estate, and after two years in banking,

she decided to quit and followed her dream. Her international background allows

her to influent in both Mandarin and Cantonese. Her hobby in traveling helps her

understand the differences in culture and diversity. Her experience in customer

service gives her the knowledge to offer her sellers, buyers, renters, investors the

exceptional services they deserve.
