Nailah Graves-Manns

My name is Nailah Manns, and I hold a Master of Science in Real Estate Development from Fordham University. As a licensed real estate salesperson with over a decade of experience in New York City and its surrounding areas, I specialize in both commercial and residential sales and leasing. I’ve successfully negotiated millions of dollars in transactions, including multifamily properties, restaurants, and numerous lease deals.

Real estate is in my DNA. After fulfilling my childhood dream of working in fashion—representing iconic brands like Tommy Hilfiger and Kenneth Cole—I decided to follow in my mother’s footsteps and enter the world of real estate. As a child, I often accompanied my father on business trips to New York City, a place I always knew I’d call home. However, it took living in cities like Los Angeles, Atlanta, Philadelphia, and Greensboro, NC, before I finally settled here as a New Yorker.

Having been a transplant myself, I understand the nuances of navigating life transitions. I take pride in guiding my clients seamlessly through the buying, selling, or renting process. My background in Theater Arts and Speech Communications, coupled with my career in visual merchandising, allows me to creatively help clients envision their ideal space. My retail experience sharpened my negotiation skills, ensuring I always approach each deal with a strategy for success.

I firmly believe New York City is a place where families can thrive, and I’m proud to be raising my son here. Outside of real estate, I’m passionate about global affairs, religion, art, and journalism. My thirst for knowledge even led me to pursue legal studies at Penn State Dickinson Law School. I’m deeply committed to community and philanthropy, serving as President of the Brooklyn Public Library Macon Branch Friends Association since 2017, and as Vice President and Scholarship Chair of the George and Missouri Bell Foundation.
